Scheduling

How do I schedule an appointment?
We have an online booking system that you may access here or by calling our clinic at 727-201-2471.
How do I cancel an appointment?
To cancel an appointment, you have the option to reschedule/cancel on your Patient Dashboard or by calling our clinic at 727-201-2471 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! Please allow us advanced notice, preferably 24-48 hours before your appointment time, so that we may make adjustments to our schedule. Any cancellations made in the 24-hour window will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.
If I am a new patient, do I need a consultation?
Yes! A consultation with an Aesthetic Nurse or Nurse practitioner is highly recommended for new patients. During the consultation, we’ll go over your medical history and any past treatments you’ve received. We’ll also discuss your concerns and create the best short/long-term treatment plan for you.
How much are consultations?
It is $100 for a one-hour consultation.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your online paperwork is completed prior to arriving. If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your treatment time. If you are experiencing issues completing your online paperwork, please give us a call prior to your appointment and/or arrive early so that we may assist.
What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we will have to reschedule as it impedes the service/treatment being provided and affects the next client that is scheduled. Please give us a call if you happen to be running behind so that we can make the proper adjustments.

Patient Online Paperwork

What forms need to be completed before every appointment?
To book an appointment online, you will be prompted to create an Online Patient Portal by clicking on New Patient Registration. After your online Patient Dashboard has been created and you’re logged in, you will have a few forms to fill out prior to your appointment: your Medical History, and under the Action Required section there will be the treatment-specific Consent Form(s) and the Pre-Treatment Questionnaire(s).
How often should I update my Medical History?
If you are a new patient or it has been over a year since your last visit, you will need to fill out your Medical History on your online Patient Dashboard. If there has been a recent change in your Medical History, we always recommend making sure those changes have been updated on your Patient Dashboard. We will review your history upon each visit with you in case anything was changed or missed.
Will I receive appointment confirmation reminders?
Automatic appointment reminders are emailed and texted from our EMR system, Aesthetic Record. You will receive reminders upon booking, a week before, and the day before your appointment.
